I would like you my dear readers to recommend the blogs of five people. The first blog was written by Nabiha Sarraj. Her blog is called 'How Media Represents Women'.

In her blog, she describes how the media changes the image of women and at the same time does not bear any responsibility. The blog in my opinion turned out to be very interesting, considering that she gave a few example of where global companies conducted a survey on the basis of which 70% Of women globally do not feel represented by everyday images - and 67% of women are calling for brands to step up and start taking responsibility for the imagery they use.

The second blog I would like to recommend is the 'The Impact of Social Media on the Youth' blog. This blog was written by Alexandra Švejdová. In this blog, she reveals aspects of how

social networks affect children and adolescents, causing them to be depressed, aggressive or obese. I liked this blog because it addresses the issue of social media control, as well as the time limit for children and teenagers in using media. Read more in her blog.

The third blog I would recommend is the Media and Lookism blog. This blog was written by Alexandra Savitskaya. She touched the global problem of all mankind. Every second person is dissatisfied with his appearance, why? Everything is just people have long

invented for themselves the ideal of a masculine and feminine man. It is no secret that all publications where ideal figures are shown were made in Photoshop. For what? In my opinion it is profitable, because if a person follows the ideal, he will buy special creams or go to the gym, buy programs for the diet or in extreme cases go and make himself plastic surgery in order to be as close as possible to the ideal. Read more in her blog.

The fourth blog I would recommend is Animal Rights in Media. This blog was written by Yelyzaveta Tuka. The blog talks about animal rights, not only in the media, but in general in life. The percentage of animal bullying is increasing every year, but why? People stopped counting animals as animals, most likely they consider them to be something like slaves or a

toy with which you can do anything. In her blog, you can see the post that there are already organizations for the rights and protection of animals, in one of them already more than 6.6 million people, which shows discontent of some people with the fact that most resort to violence against animals. Read more information from her.

The last blog I would recommend is Young People and Media. This blog was written by IGNACIO LARA VIGUERA. The blog talks about how media affects young people. I found this blog informative, as there are examples of how the media can control people. For example, a girl who was unhappy with her figure sat down on a strict diet, as a result of

which she had serious health problems. Nowadays, it is very important to control the information received, as the number of users grows annually. Or take for example children, they spend a lot of hours watching TV, which causes depression or obesity, or they become angry. For more information, see his blog.
